Alisha Pass, CEO

A Florida native, Alisha Pass brings over 10 years of experience in personal and small business financial management. She began her academic journey at the University of South Florida before continuing her studies at Georgia State University after relocating to Atlanta in 2013.

Alisha’s professional career began at a privately owned credit consulting firm in Atlanta, where she served as a Credit Analyst and later advanced to Manager of Operations for the Decatur branch. During this time, she recognized a consistent gap in financial literacy among both individuals and small business owners — a realization that would ultimately shape her career path.

Driven by purpose, Alisha founded AP Elite, where she now serves as a Senior Financial Wellness Consultant. Her work focuses on helping clients move beyond surface-level financial management and into true financial clarity and control.

Through her experience, Alisha understands that credit is only one component of a much larger financial picture. Her mission is centered on guiding individuals and businesses toward total financial wellness — equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and strategies needed to make confident financial decisions and build sustainable financial foundations.

Today, Alisha resides in her hometown of Tampa, Florida, where she continues to expand her impact. Through initiatives such as AP Elite’s Pro-Bono Fund, she remains committed to giving back by supporting individuals, families, and businesses as they take meaningful steps toward financial independence.
